Terms &  Conditions

The Trip

- We can never guarantee the weather. This means there is a small chance the itinerary may have to change slightly, this will only be done as a last resort. Any changes made will be done so to make sure you have the best photography experience possible.

- Your equipment is your responsibility. Please make sure you look after it. (Buy camera straps, waterproof covers etc...)

Any broken, lost or stolen equipment is solely your responsibility. (I recommend purchasing equipment insurance before travelling.) 

Anything happening to your equipment is very unlikely but its good to take the precaution.

- You must purchase medical travel insurance before you travel, this is solely your responsibility.

-It is strongly recommended you purchase travel insurance before you travel.

 

-By agreeing to these terms and conditions you acknowledge there are no existing medical or health issues which means you shouldn’t partake in this trip.

- Neither Charlie's Wildlife Photography LTD or any of its employees are liable for any accidents, injuries, illness or death sustained on the trip.

(Again this is extremely unlikely as safety is always the first priority)

 

-Missing payment deadlines may result in you losing your place on the trip and will be subject to the cancellation policy detailed below. 

Cancellation

- If Charlie's Wildlife Photography LTD cancels the workshop a new date will be scheduled within 2 years of the original start date that best suits you. If Charlie's Wildlife Photography LTD cannot provide a new date you will receive a full refund.  â€‹

-If the trip cannot go ahead due to force majeure E.g. natural disasters, civil war etc... a new date will be scheduled within 2 years of the original start date that best suits you. If Charlie's Wildlife Photography LTD cannot provide a new date you will receive a full refund.

 

-If you cancel the trip 120 days or more before the start date you will lose your deposit and receive a 100% refund on all other payments made. 

 

-If you cancel between 119-90 days before the start date you will lose your deposit and receive a 75% refund on all other payments made.

 

-If you cancel between 89-60 days before the start date you will lose your deposit and receive a 50% refund on all other payments made.

 

-If you cancel between 59-30 days before the start date you will lose your deposit and will receive a 25% refund on all other payments made.

-No refunds are issued for cancellations within 30 days of the start of the trip.
